Anyone who rents out beds, rooms or apartments: bed and shared-apartment owners, landlords with a single flat, staff housing, small camps and co-living. It works the same for one bed or several hundred.

TenanciesDo I need a signed contract for every resident?

No. Contracts are optional. A tenancy can run as a rolling arrangement and be ended immediately or with notice.

AccountingDoes it replace my accounting software?

No. BedVera covers beds, residents, rent, utilities, deposits and invoices. It is not a general ledger or a payroll system.

PricingHow much does it cost?

It is AED 99 a month for your first 30 beds, then AED 20 a month for each extra 30, VAT included. The plan with WhatsApp reminders is AED 109, and WhatsApp follows launch. See the pricing page.

ResidentsCan my residents use BedVera too?

Yes. Residents get a portal where they see what they owe and request a move-out, and payment reminders by email. WhatsApp reminders follow launch.

LanguageIs there an Arabic version?

Not yet. BedVera and this site are in English today.
