From empty bed to final settlement.

BedVera records beds, availability, reservations, contracts, occupancy, monthly rent, payments, deposits and settlements, and includes a resident portal and email payment reminders for the pilot, switched on at launch. WhatsApp reminders follow launch. BedVera records payments made elsewhere. It does not collect payments or charge cards.

BedVera is not an accounting system, a payroll tool or a maintenance system. It is deliberately about beds, residents and money owed.

• A hierarchy that fits

  Camp, property, building, floor, apartment, villa, room and bed. Use the levels you need.

• Availability from dates

  Beds show as available, held, reserved, occupied or blocked, worked out from bookings rather than a status someone forgot to update.

• Reserve before you know names

  Hold capacity for a customer, for example 40 beds from November, and assign people later.

Record who is staying, who is paying and on what terms.

• People and companies

  A customer, resident or employer can be an individual or a company. The payer need not be the occupant.

• Contracts when you want them

  A tenancy does not need a signed document. Run it rolling, or on a fixed term with manual or automatic renewal.

• Ending a stay

  End a tenancy immediately or with notice. Transfers keep the history of every earlier stay.

Charge what is owed, keep a record of what is paid.

• Flexible billing

  Daily, weekly, monthly or yearly. Per bed, per room or per occupant. Optional proration and rates with effective dates.

• Utilities and services

  Add utilities and services to the same billing, with VAT inclusive, exclusive or none, line by line.

• Invoices that stay put

  Once issued, an invoice does not change. Corrections are credit or debit notes.

• Deposits on record

  Security and advance deposits with a full history of receipt, application and refund.

Residents see what they owe and ask to move out themselves, so you answer fewer messages.

  Each resident can see their bed, rent, next due date and deposit held.

• Move-out on their terms

  A resident can request a move-out from the portal. You approve it and the settlement follows.

  The record of who stayed, what was charged and what was returned stays with the resident.

Rent subscriptions are planned for after launch. BedVera records payments made elsewhere and does not collect or charge them today.

• Billed every month from move-in

  Each month’s rent bill is raised automatically once a resident moves in.

• Cancelled when they leave

  When a resident requests a move-out in the portal, the subscription ends with their stay.
