BedVera is shared accommodation management for anyone who rents out beds, rooms or apartments in the UAE and the wider Gulf.
Why it exists.
Plenty of landlords and property managers have outgrown spreadsheets and WhatsApp but do not need enterprise property management software. The tools in between are either too thin to trust with money or too broad to learn.
BedVera sits there on purpose. It answers a few questions well: what accommodation do I control, who is using it, what do they owe, what do I owe upstream and what is unpaid.
