This notice covers this website. It does not cover the BedVera application, whose data is handled under the agreement made with each customer organisation. BedVera is a product of Baraka Consultant and Solutions (FZE). “We” and “us” mean Baraka Consultant and Solutions (FZE), which operates this website (licence number SC241114101, Sharjah Research Technology & Innovation Park Free Zone (SRTI Park)). What we collect
If you use the contact form we collect your name, email, company (optional) and your message. Our hosting provider also keeps routine technical logs, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and reliability. When the BedVera application opens, accounts are created in the application, and what you provide there is handled under the agreement with your organisation, not this notice.
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. If we add analytics, we will use a cookieless service and update this notice.
Why we use it
To reply to your message and to keep the website secure and reliable. We rely on your request and on our legitimate interest in running the service. We do not sell data and we do not use it for advertising.
Who receives it
Service providers acting on our instructions: our website hosting provider and Resend (email delivery of your message to us). We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect our enquiry form from bots. Cloudflare processes browser signals as described in its Turnstile Privacy Addendum. Our service providers and Cloudflare may process data outside the United Arab Emirates. We share data with others only where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiry messages are kept for up to 12 months after our last contact with you, then deleted. Website server logs are normally kept for no more than 90 days.
Your rights
You can ask us to confirm what we hold about you, correct it, delete it or stop using it, and you can withdraw consent at any time. We aim to respond to privacy requests within 30 days.
